System Analyst
AIS Chatbot Callflow Project
Led the development of a comprehensive Callflow management system for AIS's chatbot platform. This project involved designing conversation flows that guide customers through various service inquiries, from bill inquiries to service cancellations. I utilized Genie Dialog Design Tool to create intuitive conversation paths and orchestrated the entire project using Azure DevOps.
Architecture & Structure: The system was organized into multiple repositories for better maintainability—Web Admin portal for configuration, Static Web App for user-facing interface, and Core Engine for processing logic. All components were managed through Azure DevOps with automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and rapid deployment.
Project Management & Quality Standards
Owned responsibility for project governance and quality assurance across multiple initiatives. I established and enforced standardized processes that ensured compliance with international standards while maintaining team efficiency.
- ISO 29110 Implementation: Served as Project Manager to establish standardized software development processes. This framework helped the organization develop reliable, repeatable project workflows.
- ISO 27001 Document Control: Acted as Document Control Coordinator managing all system documentation to meet information security standards. This included creating version-controlled documents that could be audited at any time.
- System Documentation Lifecycle: Created critical documents throughout project phases—PLANNING, SRS, SOW, and UAT to ensure clarity and traceability at each stage.
Data & Backend Engineering
Designed and maintained robust backend systems and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics. I built ETL processes that transformed raw data into actionable insights for business intelligence dashboards.
- ETL Pipeline Development: Created Extract-Transform-Load processes using Python to automate data integration from multiple sources.
- Web Data Automation: Built automated web scraping systems that continuously collected data and stored it for analysis.
- Cloud Storage Management: Implemented Freeze & Deploy system using Azure Data Factory for Azure Blob Storage lifecycle management.
- Analytics Backend: Developed Node.js services to feed data to Elasticsearch for real-time dashboards and reporting.
Telephony & IVR Systems
Managed end-to-end development of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and voicebot systems for telecommunications clients. I designed call flows that intelligently route customer inquiries, reducing wait times and improving service satisfaction.
- Callflow Design: Designed sophisticated call flows to handle diverse customer scenarios with natural progression.
- True Project (*137): Managed SMS cancellation service for True with customized call flows and Asterisk dial plans.
- Voicebot POCs: Delivered voice AI systems for Pizza Hut, TOYOTA, GRAMMY, Arthit International Hospital, and SRT.
- AEON Multilingual Platform: Built POCs with voicebot in Thai, English, and Japanese, plus Thai chatbot.
- Workflow Automation & Testing: Used n8n and AVA for automation and comprehensive telephony system validation.
Web & Internal Systems Development
Developed customer-facing websites and internal tools that streamlined operations and improved user experiences. These projects ranged from company web presence to employee productivity tools.
