AIS Chatbot Callflow Project
As a key project, I was responsible for developing the Callflow management system for the AIS Chatbot. This involved using the Genie Dialog Design tool to create conversation flows and managing the entire project through Azure DevOps.
The system was divided into multiple repositories for ease of development and maintenance, including Web Admin, a Static Web App, and the core Engine. Version control and the CI/CD pipeline for all components were managed via Azure DevOps.
Project Management & Quality Standards
In my role as a System Analyst, I was responsible for project management and quality standard control, a crucial part of developing efficient systems that comply with international standards.
- ISO 29110: Acted as Project Manager to establish and develop standardized software processes.
- ISO 27001: Served as the Document Control Coordinator (DCC), managing all system documentation to comply with information security standards.
- System Documentation: Created essential documents throughout the project development lifecycle, including PLANNING, Statement of Work (SOW), Software Requirement Specification (SRS), and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Data & Backend Engineering
Developed and maintained backend systems and data management processes to support front-end operations and reporting systems.
- ETL Process: Developed Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for data management using Python.
- Web Scraping: Created an automated system to scrape data from various websites and store it in a database.
- Azure Blob Management: Utilized Azure Data Factory (ADF) to implement a Freeze and Deploy system for managing data in Azure Blob Storage.
- Reporting Backend: Developed a backend with Node.js to send data to Elasticsearch for creating reports and dashboards.
Telephony & IVR Systems
Managed and developed Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Callflow systems to improve customer experience and service efficiency.
- Callflow Management: Used the sequential-workflow-designer-pro tool to design and manage call flows.
- Project *137: In 2023, I managed the *137 project for True's SMS cancellation service (by eggdigital), which involved studying and customizing call flows, writing dial plans, and understanding the Asterisk architecture.
- System Knowledge: Gained expertise in related systems, including Chatbot, Inbound, and Outbound call operations.
Web & Internal Systems Development
Developed websites and internal systems to support operations and improve convenience for employees.
- Company Website: Contributed to the development of the main company website, sun-system.com, using PHP.
- Daily Lunch Order System: Created a daily lunch ordering system for employees using PHP and HTML.
- Work Tracking System: Developed a work tracking system using AppSheet for systematic task management.
